Membership Option’s

Here at Free State Fitness, we understand that everyone is unique so we offer two membership types to help you reach those goals. Our facility is a large 11,000sqft facility, offering weight, cardio, turf, kickboxing and a wide array of tools to help you along your journey.

Elite - $85 monthly Our Elite Membership includes access to all of our classes through the week, access to the Elite Members Only side of the gym, and access to our knowledgeable Instructors.

Basic $57 monthy- Our basic membership includes access to our main gym side which includes our cardio and weightlifting machines.

We offer a wide range of discounts including senior, student, service and family. Please contact our office during staffed hours to see if you qualify for any discounts!

Each Trainer sets their own price for training, meal planning and nutrition consulting. We love to hire people that really understand the struggles of what it takes to change or commit to a healthy lifestyle. Monday - 5am, 8:15am, 4:30pm & 6pm

We have designed our Monday’s to start your week off just right with a full body light weight’s & cardio experience. This class will get your metabolism fired up and ready to shed fat.


Tuesday - 5am, 8:15am, 4:30pm & 6pm

Our instructors have blessed us with a great day of variety to really help build a healthy cardiovascular system. Please see app for times of a kickboxing option or Cardio HIIT


Elite Class Schedules

Our classes are designed for a weekly full body experience to help you reach your goals. Unlike other group fitness classes, you can jump into our classes right where you are. our Instructors will help you modify, or choose the perfect place for you to begin. You will never feel behind anyone.

Friday 5:am

Finish your week off with the absolute best way to push yourself mentally and physically. We incorporate weights and cardio movements in a fun yet challenging way to round out our week!


Wednesday - 5am, 8:15am. 4:30pm, 6pm

We love our weights around here! We like to focus on all things upper body on Wednesday. That means our instructors will instruct you with a combination of light weight & high reps but also heavy weights & low reps ranges. All to stimulate muscle growth and increase fat burning.


Thursday - 5am, 8:15am, 4:30pm & 6pm

We believe in the power of muscle and its benefits for not only aesthetics and mobility, but also longevity. In order to achieve the best of all three, Thursday is all about the lower body strength.

We have a class for everyone! These classes are open to everyone, not just Elites.

Monday - Dance fit 5:30pm

Tuesday - Senior strength 9:30pm

Thursday - Senior strength and stretch

Friday - 8:15am Yoga, 9:30am Chair yoga

Saturday - 7:00am Coach Steve’s Class

We have a wide variety of group classes with friendly and attentive instructors!We belief in stregth training and working on movements that get used in everyday life.

I joined Free State Fitness several months ago and I’ve been extremely happy to be a part of their community. In fact, I was so sure I belonged, I joined the very first day I took a class!

They currently offer 2 types of memberships. One offers access to the gym while the other offers access to both the gym and group fitness classes. I love the classes! The instructors are extremely friendly, kind, but also ensure your form is correct to ensure safety. The gym itself offers a wide variety of equipment and very clean!
