What is S.H.R.E.D all about?

The SHRED program is an Instructor based, eight week, six a week, competition based exercise program!  It includes weight training, functional movements, lots of cardiovascular training and kickboxing!  We have an orientation before each session and a final weigh in at the end.  We use the physical assessments done at orientation to track your progress and see your amazing results at the end.  It is not only a weight loss program; it is more based on goals, attitude, and attendance as well as before and after photos.  It also involves nutritional support and yoga for injury prevention and overall wellness. SHRED truly is an amazing program and it works for ANY fitness level; it has helped so many people to a happier and much healthier lifestyle.

Prices

The full 8 week SHRED program is $200 ($100 per month) plus 2 months of whichever gym membership suits you best.  For the single monthly membership it is $42/month, and you must be a member of the club for at least the 2 months of SHRED. There is a $50 deposit that must be paid to reserve a spot in the class, that deposit goes towards the overall SHRED fee.  Also we allow you to pay for SHRED in 2 installments, half at the beginning and half at the 4 week mark.

When are the SHRED Classes?

We have 6 one hour classes per day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening (5:15am, 6:30am, 8:30am and then 4:30pm, 6:00pm and 8pm).  We ask that you choose a primary class in which you will attend a majority of the time, though it is ok to attend other classes as long as you communicate with instructors.  SHRED truly is an amazing program and it works for ANY fitness level; it has helped so many people to a happier and much healthier lifestyle.
